Straight Talk recently added a new phone that is now available on its website, StraightTalk.com. The phone is the Samsung T404G, which is a basic candybar shaped phone. It costs just under $90 and can be used with either of Straight Talk’s plans. With this phone, you can access the web, listen to music, and snap pictures on the go with the 2 megapixel camera that comes standard. One month of service costs $30 or $45 depending on which plan you prefer. The more expensive plan grants you unlimited use of your phone, while the less expensive one gives you 1,000 minutes and 1,000 text messages in addition to ample web browsing time. Sure, the screen on this phone is rather small to do any serious web browsing, but you can still do the necessary “on-the-go” browsing for directions of phone numbers that will help you out on a daily basis. Looks like a nice phone. Maybe next month when my current plan runs out I will get one of these straight talk phones. Prepaid has worked pretty good for me and my girlfriends.
